Wednesday 1st September - 69 out today, including guest Alan Quayle. The As, Bs and Cs went to Stansted, where the Premiers took one look at the queue and dashed off to Ash. There were 20 on the Crab and Winkle ride, somewhat shaken by a three-car pile-up, of which more later.
Saturday 4th September - We meet at High Elms (Green Roof Cafe) and attempt to find our way to The Greyhound, just beyond Hever. with the help of Peter and Sidney.
Sunday 5th September - Meet at Lullingstone Visitor Centre for a North Downs ride to Tatsfield for lunch, followed by a downhill swoop to Downe for tea at the Village Hall..
