I recently had my bike repaired at Eynsford Cycles. It's run by Gary Evans from his house opposite Eynsford station. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to all Meridian members. His phone number is 07740 864231. Dave Collier (Spring 2025). https://www.eynsfordcycles.cc/
I had all the cables, inner and outer, replaced for a very reasonable price. £125 compared to over £200 I had been quoted elsewhere.
They are a long standing family run firm and were helpful and friendly. I'd certainly use them again. The shop is called White's Cycle Centre and their address is 124 Erith Rd, Bexleyheath, DA7 6BUThe link to their website is https://whitescyclecentre.co.uk

I’ve been actively involved in the cycling World for over 45 years and having retired from professional racing, I see a surprising number of club and other cyclists who are not riding the best possible position on their bike. My experience is this easily results in sore or damaged backs, shoulders, knees or hands and yet this can all be avoided with a correctly customised bike fit. When done, this also improves performance and makes cycling more enjoyable.
Many cyclists think they can manage without a bike fitting and live with the aches and pains but as can be seen from my testimonials, the greater comfort, reduced risk of injury and enhanced riding capability can be transformational, which makes it a very worthwhile investment. If you think you do not need a bike fit then you probably require one.
My service can provided during the working week and weekends including evenings at my home studio in Orpington.

The price of a full fit including cleat positioning for a road bike or E-Bike is £180, or £50 for cleat positioning only. Discounts are available for second bikes for the same rider.
